EXPLANATION OF THE GLOSSING SYSTEM
(to understand how I describe the signs in this translation).

Or zarua latzadik
Light is sown for the righteous
GOD PLANT LIGHT FOR PEOPLE UPRIGHT

Ul-yishrei leiv simcha.
And joy for the upright in heart.
AND HAPPY HEART FOR PEOPLE DO RIGHT.

Notes: PLANT - [O^], PO down, FO away, moves away while closing to an [A] repeating in rows perpendicular to the chest.

LIGHT - Same sign as BRIGHT and CLEAR, that is, (2h)[O^], POs away, FOs up, open to (2h)[5], while separating. For a QuickTime file of this sign, see ASL Pro: Light - 1.

UPRIGHT - Elbow of [S], PO > NDS, FO up, is struck against the fingers of NDH [B] held like part of TABLE.

INSIDE-SELF - The FT of [C] are held against the chest and stuff the FT of [O^] into the [C] twice.

treble clef as a symbol for musicGo to Kol B'Seder or Sheryl Braunstein. They're both non-traditional, but very cool!
